Our fulfillment times are longer than usual given COVID-19, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Most items are shipped out within 10-15 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please then allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped depending on your location. There are times when we are able to fulfill a portion of your order more quickly than the rest - and in these cases we typically opt to send these items to you as soon as they are ready to get you your items faster! As a result, there are times when your order will arrive in multiple packages on different days.
We strongly encourage you to take your measurements prior to ordering if you are unsure of your size. We also encourage you to review our size charts and clothing descriptions carefully to ensure the item you order meets your wishes. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders due to buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. Gift cards cannot be returned. Items purchased using a gift card cannot be returned unless deemed an error, in which case an exchange will be offered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For an order to be considered for a return, submit a photo of your item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days after the product has been received with a description of the reason for return. If we approve your request for return we will notify via email within 15 days with further details about your refund or exchange. For packages lost in the mail, claims should be submitted within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please email us a photo for further instruction as soon as the product arrives.
Return claims deemed to be an error will be corrected and a new product will be shipped after the original product has been received with a return number. If a shipping address is deemed incorrect or insufficient by the delivery service, or if the shipment goes unclaimed, customers will be responsible for providing the corrected shipping information and covering cost for the shipment to be resent if the error was on the part of the customer.
